Saffron Bay, Porthcawl

A vibrant indian restaurant, the concept was designed around the idea of walking through the bustling indian street markets in the height of the days heat. Imagine you are surrounded by shouting vendors, shanty stalls and beeping tuk tuks, meandering through the busy crowds until the stalls start to thin out… you find yourself on a more secluded overgrown path, walking past ancient remains and sculptures nestled in the tropical undergrowth until you are overlooking a bay. It is here you sit and take respite. eating your flavourful meal, looking at the elephants bathing in the sea.
